At the Autism Center of North Mississippi, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are clinical leaders who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and their families. In this role, you will use your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment programs that promote skill development, independence, and improved quality of life.
BCBAs are responsible for conducting assessments, developing data-driven treatment plans, and monitoring client progress to ensure effective outcomes. You will provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members, maintaining high standards of care and clinical integrity.
This position also involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to support consistency across settings and empower those involved in each client’s care. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Education: Must have a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Must have a current/active Mississippi BCBA Certification to apply.
1-2 years of experience preferred but not required.

Candidates should have experience working with children and a desire to help them learn and be the best they can be. During our training program, you will learn about ABA and how to implement the principles to help move children toward their goals. Because these children depend on you, a strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude are keys to success!
All RBT candidates must be able to pass the Registered Behavior Technician exam following training.
In this role as an ABA therapist, you will:
Apply ABA principles consistently in all client interactions, including implementing educational and behavioral plans.
Function as an active treatment team member, working with other behavior technicians, Behavior Analysts, and the family to implement the client’s treatment plan.

Teach clients language, academic, social, and self-help skills and have fun doing so!

Take direction from others and receive constructive feedback positively

Complete data collection and session notes in a detailed, accurate and timely manner

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Actively participate in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills

Maintain confidentiality about clients, families, and center by abiding by all HIPAA regulations

There are currently no open administrative positions.
Our Mental Health Service program is designed to care for those experiencing mental or emotional illness, symptoms, or disorders. We work extensively with qualified providers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers to create and implement effective treatment programs.

Our mental health treatment professionals work collaboratively with the parents and caregivers of the children we serve. We aim to work within the family structure, so the parents or caregivers feel equipped to support their child.
